Why don't you offer refunds?
Having over 20++ years as an online retailer of other brands, we recognize that buyer's remorse, and merchandise simply not meeting one's expectations are the number one factors when it comes to items being returned. As a small business, we must consider cost efficient ways to operate. Accepting customer returns for refunds at our expense is simply not a sustainable business model for our company. While we certainly prioritize customer satisfaction, our products are generally on the lower end price market and are brand new from our supplier. Therefore, it is rare and unlikely for you to receive a damaged item after your order is inspected prior to shipping for quality control purposes. Fit issues, and change of mind situations may occur, therefore we offer store credit for qualifying returns based on our return policy which can be found here.

Do you ship outside the USA?
We do not currently ship outside the USA.

My order has not yet shipped, am I able to cancel it?
Unfortunately we do not offer cancellations. We take pride in our efforts to process and package orders promptly. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, only then will your order be cancelled.

I never received my order. Tracking shows delivered but I never got it. Can I get a refund or replacement?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a carrier marked your package as delivered but it has not arrived, you may still receive it a couple of days later. We recommend filing a missing package claim with your local post office if you don't receive it. If your order starts tracking but never shows progress after initial tracking, you may be able to file a claim to recover the insurance value if any.
